摘要
针灸作用原理研究中确实存在一些理论上和设计上界定不清的问题,笔者建议在针灸课题申请、评审、实施、验收的过程中必须做到(1)注意区分广义经络与狭义经络;(2)理清神经系统的作用与地位;(3)重视全息穴位的作用及影响;(4)评估机体组织反应性与细胞信号转导的作用及价值。
There has been some ambiguous and vague problems with the theory and design of research on the mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion.For this,the authors suggest that the researchers would do the following four points in the application,review and implementation,acceptance process（1）Distinguish the generalized meridian form narrow channels;（2） Make clear the position and function of the nervous system;（3） Pay attention to the role and influence holographic meridians;（4）Evaluate the body tissues reactive and cellular signal transduction role and value.
