3种不同剂量丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠对力竭运动大鼠心肌组织的作用 被引量:4

Observe the role of different doses of tanshinone ⅡA sodium for heart muscular tissues of rats after exhaustive exercise

摘要 目的探讨3种不同剂量丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠对力竭运动后大鼠心肌的作用。方法建立大鼠力竭运动模型,30只大鼠随机分为5组,A组:不做任何训练,常规饲养,自由饮食;B组:力竭运动组;C组:力竭运动后注射低剂量丹参酮;D组:力竭运动后注射中剂量丹参酮;E组:力竭运动后注射高剂量丹参酮。实验动物在训练5周后,取心肌组织,用透射电镜观察大鼠心肌结构、局部和细胞器的变化。结果力竭运动可造成大部分心肌细胞的肌丝溶解,大量线粒体肿胀,一些区域的肌膜不完整,致使心肌细胞线粒体等细胞器外溢。而腹腔注射丹参酮低、中、高剂量组3组心肌纤维结构,细胞器较正常饲养组无明显变化。结论丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠对力竭运动大鼠心肌有保护作用,其中以中剂量作用更明显。 Objective To explore the different dose tanshinone Ⅱ A sodium on heart muscular tissues in rats after exhaustive exercise. Methods Rats exhaustion motion model was established. 30 rats were randomly divided into 5 groups including group A, group B, group C, group D, and group E. Group A didn't do any training and had the conventional breeding and free diet. Group B did the exhaustive exercise. Group C was injected low dose tanshinone after exhaustive exercise. Group D was injected middle dose tanshinone after exhaustive exercise. Group E was injected high dose tanshinone after exhaustive exercise. Experimental animals in training 5 weeks later, took the myocardial tissue, observed the changes of cardial structure and local and organelles of five groups by transmission electron microscope. Results Exhaustive exercise could lead to a majority of myocardial cell's myofibrillar melt, a large of mitochondria swell, some epimysiam was not integrate. Caused cell organ such as myocardial cell's myofibrillar overflew. But compared with group A, cell organ of intraperitoneal injection of low middle and high three different dose tanshinone had no obvious change. Conclusion Different dose tanshinone can protect myocardial injury after exhaustive exercise and the middle dose is the most effective.
