粉碎性距骨体骨折脱位的手术治疗 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨严重粉碎性距骨体骨折脱位的手术治疗策略。方法7例严重粉碎性距骨体骨折脱位均选择前内侧及后外侧双切口人路行一期切开复位空心钉内固定手术治疗。结果7例均获随访平均13．3（7-20）个月，术后早期1例切口不愈合；1例出现距骨密度增高，但CT未虬明显囊性变及坏死。结论严蕾粉碎的距骨体骨折脱位的治疗需要术前完善手术设计与准备，术中选用合理的入路及内固定方案，町获得良好疗效。
