新生儿不同类型喉蹼手术处理的疗效分析 被引量：9

摘要 喉蹼为双侧声带间的先天性膜状物，为胚胎期喉发育异常所引起，发病率为先天性喉部疾病的第三位，占先天性喉异常的5％，以声门型为主，对于新生儿和婴儿来讲，喉蹼是一个致死性疾病，尤其是严重的先天性喉蹼，在新生儿出生后几小时或者数天内便出现声音嘶哑、喘鸣、呼吸困难、喉梗阻等症状，如临床医生对其认识不足往往因处理不得当而导敛窒息死亡。
