摘要
采用NH4HF2-HNO3光整液对钛合金(TC4)进行化学光整研究,利用台阶仪测得粗糙度值或测定样品反射率来确定表面质量,分析了化学液组成、光整温度、光整时间和添加剂选择及用量对光整质量的影响,获得了较合理的工艺参数:NH4HF2(16%)5mL、H2O2(40%)11mL、C6H12N4(16%)2mL、HNO3(65%~80%)11mL、添加剂1mL,光整时间为2.5min,光整温度为20℃。通过极化实验和PBS浸泡实验验证钛合金光整前后的耐蚀性能,结果表明在提高钛合金表面质量的同时也增强了其抗腐蚀性能,采用此工艺可对结构复杂的医用钛合金表面进行光整加工。
Titanium alloy (TC4) was treated by NH4 HF2-HNO3 solution, and the surface quality was evaluated by surface roughness or reflectivity using surface profilometer or albedometer. Temperature, polishing time, solution composition including additives were analyzed. It reveals the optimal technical parameter: NH4 HF2 ( 16%) 5mL, H2O2 (40%)11mL, C6H12N4(16%)2mL, nitric acid(65%-80%)11mL and additive 1mL, and the optimal polishing time is 2. 5min with the optimal temperature of 20℃. The property of corrosion resistance was characterized by polarization ex- periment and incubation of samples in PBS, and the results show corrosion resistance is enhanced with polishing quality improving. This study provides an effective method to polish titanium alloy based medical materials.
