摘要
利用固体与分子经验电子理论(EET),分析了23MnNiMoCr54钢淬火组织特征相,计算了特征相及相面的电子结构参数。最后用电子结构参数的统计值讨论了合金元素对固溶强化系数、界面强化系数、淬火组织的权重以及各结构单元强度增量的影响,分析了合金元素强化作用的微观机理。
Martensite units of 23MnNiMoCr54 were analyzed by using empirical electron theory(EET) of solids and molecules. Based on EET, the electronic parameters statistical value of phase and phase interface were calculated. At last, the effect of alloys elements on solid solution strengthening coefficient, interface strengthening coefficient, weight and strength increment were investigated and the strengthening mechanism of elements was discussed.
