不锈钢中子辐照加速应力腐蚀开裂的带电粒子辐照模拟 被引量:8

Charged-particles Irradiation Simulation of Neutron Irradiation Assisted Strain Corrosion Cracking in Stainless Steel

摘要 通过对比电子、质子和重离子在作用机理、损伤形态、损伤分布、穿透深度的差异性,确定进行中子辐照模拟的最优选粒子,然后量化分析最优选粒子辐照与中子辐照在材料微区化学成分、微观结构、硬度与IASCC敏感性等方面的差异。 The difference of mechanism, damage morphology and displacement damage distribution and pene- tration depth between electron,proton,and heavy ions are compared and a prior selection particle are suggested, and then the micro-chemistry, micro-structure, hardness and IASCC susceptibility quantitatively are analyzed.
