摘要
综述了油气田腐蚀现状及规律。分析了塔河油田及雅克拉气田碳钢集输管线腐蚀的主要因素,包括氯离子、酸性气体、流型及流态等,得出碳钢管线腐蚀主要为点蚀及冲刷腐蚀等局部腐蚀为主的内腐蚀。结合管线工况及腐蚀环境特征,优选内腐蚀检测技术,确定检测部位,最后对雅克拉气田单井集输管线及塔河油田9-2站原油外输管线结合高程检测开展内腐蚀在线检测技术组合应用,效果显著。低频导波、C扫描及超声测厚等检测碳钢管线的结果表明,9-2站原油外输管线低洼点、高点及局部爬坡段点腐蚀严重,雅克拉气腐蚀主要为冲刷腐蚀及点腐蚀。
Current situation and law of oil and gas field corrosion are reviewed. The Tahe oil field and the Yakela gas field of carbon steel gathering pipelines corrosion main factors are analysed, including chloride, acid gases, flow patterns and so on, obtain that carbon steel pipeline corrosion mainly localized corrosion pitting and erosion-co- rrosion internal corrosion. Combining pipeline conditions and corrosive environment, the preferred corrosion detection technology to determine the detection parts of the line corrosion detection technology combined with the elevation de tection is carried out within the last 9-2 stations of the the Yakela gas field gathering pipelines of a single well and the Tahe oil field crude oil transportation pipeline composite applications. The low frequency guided wave, C-scanning and ultrasonic thickness detection were used to detect carbon steel pipelines. The results show that 9-2 station of crude oil transmission pipeline of low lying point, high point and the local climbing pitting corrosion seriously and Yakela gas corrosion primarily for erosion-corrosion and pitting corrosion.
