摘要
文章利用一套三维有限元计算程序 ,探讨了气缸套温度场数学模型、边界条件计算以及有限元分析的几何模型。针对 1 95柴油机气缸套 ,进行了比较复杂的边界条件计算 ,建立了较为完整的数学模型和几何模型。在此基础上对其温度场进行了三维有限元计算分析。最后 ,依据三维有限元的计算结果对 1
The temperature field of a 3 dimensional FE model for the cylinder liner of 195 diesel engine is calculated by using the computation program of 3 dimensional FEM.With the complicated boundary condition considered,this paper presents the comparatively perfect mathematic model and geometric model. Based on the calculated results, the reasonableness of the design of the cylinder liner is discussed.
