摘要
Anderson局域化是固体物理学的经典问题。近年来,随着研究的深入,Anderson局域化逐渐与光学、量子信息、纳米结构等领域的概念相结合,在研究领域上得到空前的扩展,并取得了许多重要的进展。简单综述了这些进展,并重点介绍了关联无序、梯度无序、并发纠缠、壳掺杂纳米线等相关概念和理论。
Anderson localization is a classic problem of solid state physics. In recent years, with further re- search, Anderson localization gradually combined with the concepts of optics, quantum information, nano-structures, and other fields. The research on Anderson localization has made an unprecedented expansion, and has made many im- portant advances. A concise overview of these developments, with highlight on correlated disorder, gradient disorder, concurrence, shell-doped nanowires and other related concepts and theories,are presented.
