摘要
文章以 PSZ为基体 ,采用 3种不同的黑色剂 ,对 PSZ陶瓷的呈色效果进行研究。并在找出最佳黑色剂组成的同时 ,研究了工艺条件对材料力学性能的影响。经实验及 XRD分析 ,得知呈色效果视 Co Fe2 O4、Fe Cr2 O4尖晶石生成量多少而异。添加 5% B黑色剂的呈色效果最明显 ,同时采用在 1 4 0 0℃下烧结保温 1 h的工艺条件能得到相对密度ρ达 97%、抗弯强度σb为 535 MPa的黑色
The influence of the kinds of black agent on the colouring effect of PSZ ceramics is studied by adding 5 wt% A,B,C black agent respectively into PSZ. The experimental results show that the black agent B is the optimum to the colouring effect of PSZ ceramics. XRD analysis indicates that the black agent B is present in the matrix of PSZ ceramics in CoFe 2O 4,FeCr 2O 4 spinel forms, which is the key of obtaining black PSZ ceramics. The influence of sintering temperature on the colouring effect, relative density and transverse strength of black PSZ ceramics is also studied. The black PSZ ceramics sintered at 1 400 ℃ for 1 h have the following properties: ρ,97%;σ b.535 MPa.
