摘要
随着经济的发展 ,对锅炉炉膛传热计算实用性、精度的要求也不断提高 .为此 ,提出了大型煤粉锅炉炉膛分体式计算方法 ,即把炉膛以大屏过热器低端为界分成上、下两个部分进行传热计算 :下炉膛采用零维模型 ,上炉膛采用二阶假想面法的三维数值模拟 .计算结果对比分析显示 ,此方法可以比较准确地得出屏区温度和热流密度分布 ,值得进一步研究验证 .
With the development of economy, there are higher demands for heat transfer in furnace of boiler. In this paper, the separation calculation method of heat transfer in furnace of large boilers is put forwarded, in which, the radiative superheater bottom is taken as interface and the whole furnace is divided into two parts. Zero dimension heat transfer model is used in down furnace. Three dimension heat transfer model is used in up furnace, which the Second Order Imaginary Plane Method is chosen as heat transfer model. It is showed that the accurate temperature and heat flux field in the radiative superheater zone can be obtained by comparing them with design data. This method deserves to be further studied and verified.
