摘要
滤筒式除尘器具有效率高、阻力低、维护管理方便、体型小等诸多优点 ,但由于其进入我国的时间还比较短 ,很多设计者对它还缺乏全面的了解 ,以致阻碍了其在我国的推广应用 ,鉴于此 ,本文从过滤机理、除尘效率及除尘器阻力、机组外形、机组价格及综合投资和机组的运行维护五个方面对滤筒式和横插扁袋式除尘器进行了全面的技术经济比较 ,并通过工程实践说明滤筒式除尘器无可替代的优越性。
Cartridge collector is possessed of so many merits, such as high efficiency, lower resistance convenient maintenance and running, small figures etc. Because the time of passing into our country is short, many designers are lack of all side understanding to it, this case put back its spreading and applications in our country. In consideration of the situation, in this paper the technical and economic comparisons of cartridge collector and askant prolate pocket collector are given in five aspects, involving filtering principle dust removing efficiency and resistance, figures, price and total costs, running and maintenance. Through engineering practise the cartridge collectors have unmatchable superiority.
