摘要
介绍了作为汽车重要部件的水箱在采用铜材及铝材方面的基本情况。着重讨论和分析了铜制水箱和铝制水箱各自的优缺点和市场占有率。指出铝制水箱在小轿车和轻型货车市场上的优势较为明显 ,而重型车仍一直沿用铜制水箱。未来汽车水箱必然要朝着节能和轻量化方向发展 ,因而铝制水箱有着相当良好的市场前景。但在可以预见的将来 ,目前的铜质和铝制水箱并行发展的局面将会持续下去 ,并且 ,作为二者激烈竞争的结果 ,在水箱用材和制造工艺上将会不断出现新的改善和进步。
The basic situation in using copper and aluminum materials for manufacturing the auto radiator, which is an important component of automobile, is introduced with the emphasis on discussing and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the copper radiators and aluminum ones as well as their respective market shares. It is pointed out that aluminum radiators is now enjoying a dominant position over the copper radiators on the radiator market for sedans and light trucks while the heavy vehicles continue to use copper radiators. Energy saving and weight reducing are the major trends in auto radiator development, thus aluminum radiators will have a very good marketing prospect. However, in the foreseeable future, the present situation of parallel development of both copper and aluminum radiators will go on. In the competition between the two materials, new modifications and progress of radiator materials and manufacturing technologies will be constantly made.
