摘要
在 Fe- Al/Al2 O3 复合材料中发现了内晶形纳米颗粒 .借助不同检测手段 ,研究了纳米晶粒的作用与组成 ,对纳米颗粒的形成机制进行了讨论 ,分析认为纳米颗粒韧化效应是复合材料强韧化的主要因素之一 .
Nanograins in Fe Al/Al 2O 3 composite grains were discovered through TEM.Compositions of nanograins and various kinds of effects on properties of the composites are studyed by different measure method .Then the form cause of nanograins is discussed. Conclusion is that Fe Al/Al 2O 3 composites can be toughened by nanograins in composites grains.
