摘要
介绍了形状记忆合金 (SMA)的一种本构关系 ,讨论了SMA耗能器的工作原理 ,设计和制造了一种用于框架结构振动控制的SMA耗能器 ,并将该种耗能器安装在 2层框架结构模型上 ,进行了框架结构振动实验 .实验结果表明该种耗能器的耗能效果明显 ,并可以显著改变框架结构的固有频率 ,说明SMA耗能器在框架结构振动控制上具有一定的研究价值 .
A kind of constitutive relationship of shape memory alloy (SMA) is introduced. The principle of SMA damper is discussed, and a kind of SMA damper, for vibration control of frame, is designed and produced. 8 SMA dampers are fixed on a 2 story frame. Vibration experiment data of frame without SMA dampers and with SMA dampers are tested. It is found that vibration energy dissipation ability of SMA damper is notable, and such kind of SMA damper can obviously modify the natural frequencies of frame structure too.
