摘要
根据多缸发动机曲轴瞬时转速波动不均匀性主要由缸内循环气体压力波动不均匀性引起这一基本事实,以曲轴瞬时转速的实时检测为基础,在一个工作循环内按着火顺序将作功冲程中瞬时角加速度的波动作为评定各缸工作不均匀性的指标(IP)。
In this paper, a performance index ( IP ), which is used to evaluate the operating uniformity of multi cyclinder engine, is presented based on the fact that the fluctuation of gas pressure in the expansion stroke cyclinder leads to the fluctuation of instantaneous angular velocity. The value IP is propotional to the fluctuation of instantaneous angular acceleration. Fuzzy diagnostic index for misfire fault is introduced and investigated also in this paper.
