摘要
运用流体力学的基本理论 ,以微滤和超滤过程中膜污染研究结果为依据 ,提出了一种新的数学模型 ,其模型参数仅用极少量甚至两点实验值就可较准确地获得。用两种有代表性的无机膜和有机膜分离性质相差很大的固 -液和液 -液非均相混合物的实验结果 ,对该模型进行了检验 ,膜通量计算的总平均偏差小于 5 %。还就膜、流体性质和流动状况对膜污染层厚度和浓度的影响 。
A new model is developed for predicting the permeate flux in cross-flow microfiltration and ultrafiltration. This model is based on unsteady-state mass balance concept, membrane fouling mechanism and a new equation for foulant thickness and concentration. The theoretical model was verified with various experimental observations, which were involved the filtration of oil-water emulsions and solid-liquid suspensions by organic and inorganic membranes. Model prediction was found to yield fairly good agreement with average flux less than 5%. The model coefficient a and b can be accurately evaluated with even two experimental observations. In this article, the influence of flow-rate, fluid and membrane material on the foulant thickness and concentration, and the improvement of the model are also discussed.
