摘要
提出了在有狭窄的动脉中血液流动的一个数学模型。血管壁是弹性可变形的。由流动的基本方程 ,经过坐标变换 ,引入管壁与血流之间的耦合 ,并根据管壁与血流的运动特点对解进行拟合表达 。
A mathematical model for pulsatile flow through a arterial stenosis is presented. The motion equation of the vessel wall is obtained by coordination transform, and the coupling between the wall and fluid is directely introduced into the basic flow equations, and then, according the characteristics of the wall and fluid motion, a functional form of the solution is assumed for the wall displacement and the fluid axial velocity respectively. Finally, a set of nonlinear ordinary differential equations is derived from the original nonlinear partial differential equations of the system.
