摘要
基于中子感生瞬发γ射线分析技术,研制出中子水泥生料多元素分析实验装置.利用该装置可以快速分析水泥生料中主要元素Ca,Si,Fe和Al的含量,CaO,SiO2,Fe2O3和Al2O3质量分数的测量精度分别达到0.40%,0.40%,0.50%和0.50%,达到工业应用的要求.
Based on the analysis technology of neutron prompt gamma-ray,the experimental device of neutron cement raw material＇s multielement analysis is manufactured.The content of main elements Ca,Si,Fe and Al in the cement raw material can be quickly analyzed by using this device.The CaO,SiO2,Fe2O3 and Al2O3＇s accuracy of quality score is 0.40%,0.40%,0.50%,0.50% respectively and reaches the requirement of industrial application.
