以消化系统为首发症状的系统性红斑狼疮2例报告 被引量：2

摘要 系统性红斑狼疮（systemic lupus erythematosus，SLE）是一种弥漫性、全身性自身免疫病，主要累及皮肤黏膜、骨骼肌肉、肾脏等多个脏器和系统，表现出多种临床症状，虽然SLE可直接或间接累及消化道，但以胃肠血管炎为首发症状者常不被临床医师重视，容易漏诊和误诊。本文报道2例消化科就诊而最终诊断为SLE的患者，以期提高对该病诊疗的认识。
