摘要 语法隐喻是范畴化过程中一种想象性、创造性的认知方式,它以范畴化为基础,参照人们关于范畴内其它具体的范畴成员的概念结构及其认知模式来体验并认知未知、抽象、复杂的事件,通过范畴化给予抽象复杂的未知以具体的秩序或规律。从个体发生的角度看,语法隐喻源于语言习得初期的跨范畴词汇借用,丰富于范畴化过程中范畴成员不断"根化"和"新化"。从种系发生的角度看,在语言初级阶段,有限的词类和词汇要表达更多需求时,由于范畴化边界模糊,在相关性条件下会发生词类借用现象;在语言高级阶段,未按照事物原本固有的关系范畴化来描述并理解该事件,就会产生语法隐喻。 In categorization, grammatical metaphor is an imaginative and creative approach to understanding complex, strange and abstract things with reference to other categorical members that have been experienced as simple, familiar and concrete. The abstract and complex unknown is represented in an understanding order. Grammatical metaphor originates from lexieal cat- egories' transmission in the elementary language acquisition. Due to limited words and grammar, word class transmission oc- curs in the elementary stage of language acquisition. In the advanced language acquisition, grammatical metaphor comes about if a thing is not described in its true relationship. Grammatical metaphor is a cognitive mode by which categorization progresses.
