摘要
目的评估米非司酮胶囊(Ⅱ)(米福)50mg配伍米索前列醇600μg终止早孕的疗效和安全性。方法第一日晨9点,口服米福5粒(25mg),晚9点,口服米福5粒(25mg);第二日空置;第三日晨9点,口服米索前列醇3粒(600μg)。对720例怀孕<7周者妇女终止早孕,观察孕囊排出时间、阴道出血量和出血时间以及不良反应。结果米福50mg配伍米索前列醇终止早孕720例,完全流产率98.1%,不全流产率1.9%。99%在服用米索后6h内排出胚胎。90.3%流产后阴道出血量少于月经。98.1%流产后出血时间小于7d,1.9%出血时间7～10d。服用米福后仅1.5%出现阴道少量出血。结论低剂量米非司酮(米福)50mg配伍米索前列醇是一种安全、有效的终止早孕方法 。
Objective This paper aims to evaluate the curative effect and safety of termination of early pregnancy by combination of Mifepristone Capsules（II）（Mi Fu） 50 mg and misoprostol 600 μg.Methods Day 1：take 5 capsules of Mi Fu（25 mg） at 9 am,take 5 capsules of Mi Fu（25 mg） at 9 pm;Day 2：not taken;Day 3：take 3 capsules misoprostol（600 μg） at 9 am.To terminate early pregnancy of 720 cases of women who has been pregnant for less than 7 weeks,and observe gestational sac＇s discharging time,volume of vaginal bleeding and bleeding time and adverse reactions of vagina.Results In the 720 cases of termination of early pregnancy by combinating Mi Fu（50 mg） and misoprostol,complete abortion accounts for 98.1%,incomplete abortion 1.9%.99% of women passes embryo after taking misoprostol in 6 hours.For 90.3% of women after abortion,there is less vaginal bleeding volume than during menstruation.98.1% of women has less than 7 days bleeding time after abortion.For the other 1.9%,their bleeding time lasts from 7 to 10 days.Only 1.5% of women has a small volume of vaginal bleeding after taking Mi Fu.Conclusion The combination of low doses of Mifepristone（Mi Fu） 50 mg and misoprostol is a safe and effective way of terminating early pregnancy.
