摘要
目的 :制订蒲黄药材的质量标准。方法 :采用TLC对国内 10个城市市售蒲黄中异鼠李素 3 O 新橙皮糖甙、香蒲新甙、异鼠李素和 β 谷甾醇进行鉴别 ,用高效液相色谱法测定异鼠李素 3 O 新橙皮糖甙、香蒲新甙的含量。结果 :异鼠李素 3 O 新橙皮糖甙、香蒲新甙、异鼠李素的定性鉴别专属 ;异鼠李素 3 O 新橙皮糖甙在0 .188～ 0 .940 μg呈良好线性关系 ,回收率为 97.77% ;香蒲新甙在 0 .16 4～ 0 .82 0 μg呈良好线性关系 ,回收率为98.42 %。结论 :建立的定性、定量方法 ,可作为本品的质量控制标准。
Objective:To work out quality standards for Pollen Typhae(Puhuang).Method:Isorhamnetin 3 O neohesperidoside,typhaneoside,isorhamnetin and β sitosterol in Pollen Typhae marketed in ten cities of China were identified by TLC.The contents of isorhamnetin 3 O neohesperidoside and typhaneoside were determined by HPLC.Result:The method is sensitive and specific for identifying isorhamnetin 3 O neohesperidoside,typhaneoside,isorhamnetin and β sitosterol.The linear ranges of isorhamnetin 3 O neohesperidoside and typhaneoside were 0.188～0.940 μg with and average recovery of 97.77%;and 0.164～0.820 μg with an average recovery of 98.42% respectively.Conclusion:The method can be used both qualitatively and quantitatively as standards for the quality control of Pollen Typhae. [
