超声波辅助提取扁核木叶蛋白的工艺优化 被引量:13

Optimizing Condition of Ultrasonic-Assisted Extraction of Prinsepia Uniflora Batal Leaf Protein

摘要 在酸溶法的基础上采用超声波辅助提取扁核木叶蛋白,分别研究了时间、温度、液料比及溶液pH对扁核木叶蛋白提取率的影响,并在单因素试验的基础上进行了正交试验,结果表明,酸溶法提取扁核木叶蛋白的最佳条件:时间25 min、温度45℃、液料比8、pH 3.6,此时,扁核木叶蛋白的提取率为70.37%;超声波辅助酸溶法提取扁核木叶蛋白的最佳条件:时间20 min、温度40℃、液料比12、pH 4.2,此时,扁核木叶蛋白的提取率可达87.90%,与传统的酸溶法相比,提取率提高了17.53%。 Ultrasonic was used to assist acid extraction of Leaf Protein from Prinsepia uniflora Batal. The effect of extraction time, extraction temperature, liquid to solid ratio and pH on the extraction rate of leaf protein was re- searched. Based on the single factor method,the orthogonal experiment results showed that the optimum conditions of acid extracting leaf protein was extraction time 25 min, extraction temperature 45 ~C ,liquid to solid ratio 8, pH 3.6. Under these conditions ,the acid extraction rate of leaf protein reached 70.37%. And that the optimum conditions of acid extracting leaf protein with ultrasonic - assisted was extraction time 20 min, extraction temperature 40℃, liquid to solid ratio 12, pH 4.2. Under these conditions, the extraction ratio with ultrasonic - assisted rate of leaf protein reached as high as 87.90%. Compared with the conventional simple acid extraction, the extraction ratio was increased by 17.6%.
