摘要
湿法再生水玻璃旧砂具有残留粘结剂去除率高、再生砂质量好等优点,但湿法再生中的污水处理、循环利用问题一直没得到较好的解决。本文以湖北鄂州梁子湖地区的膨润土原矿为原料,制备了有机膨润土,将该有机膨润土与聚合氯化铝配合,用于水玻璃旧砂湿法再生的污水处理中,获得了满意的处理效果。论文探讨了污水的pH值、有机膨润土的浓度、有机膨润土和聚合氯化铝的配比等对污水处理效果的影响,通过正交试验,得出了用有机膨润土处理水玻璃旧砂湿法再生污水的较佳工艺参数。
The advantages of wet reclaiming used sodium silicate sand include higher removing residual binder rate and better reclaimed sand quality, but the main disadvantage possesses the problem ofwastewater treatment and its recycling use. Using Liangzi Lake district bentonite in Ezhou, HuBei as raw material, the authors make the organobentonites and combine it with polyaluminium chloride using to used sodium silicate sand wet reclaiming wastewater treatment, and obtain satisfactory effect. The paper discussed the wastewater disposal effect factors including the wastewater's pH, the organobentonites concentration and the proportion of organobentionites to polyaluminium chloride, and the better technical parameters using the organobentonites dispose the wastewater were obtained by orthogonal experiment.
