摘要
介绍庄河电厂凝结水泵电机的变频改造过程,重点分析变频器改造的选型、安装和调试中应注意的问题。改造过程中提出采用切换接点进行工频/变频方式分投不同保护的方法是一种有益的尝试,并对改造前后的经济性进行了对比的分析,为今后类似项目的变频改造提供参考。
The transformation project of condensate pump motor frequency conversion in Zhuanghe power plant is introduced, the inverter transformation selection, installation, debugging process are especially analyzed. It pro- posed the method that using switching node power/frequency conversion mode for different protection method which is a beneficial attempt. The detailed economic data on before and after the transformation are compared. It provides a useful reference for future modification of frequency conversion.
