摘要
对输变电工程水土保持方案编制前需要重点调查的内容进行了分析归纳。分析输变电工程水土保持特征,阐述了水土保持项目现场应调查、勘测的内容与方法,主要包括地质地貌、气象水文、土壤植被、水土流失、水土保持、工程调查与勘测六大方面。结合江苏华电句容电厂500kV送出工程水土保持方案编制实践,详细论述在水土保持方案编制以前现场调查的具体做法以及需要重点注意的方面。实施现场调查的内容包括研读可研资料、网上搜集资料、制定调查方案、实地勘察、访问以及购买资料等,为输变电工程水保现场调查提供借鉴。
The key contents to be investigated and surveyed before soil and water conservation scheme compila- tion of power transmission projects are summed up. Soil and water conservation characteristics of power trans- mission projects are presented. Contents and methods of field investigation and survey are explained in the round including six primary facets i. e. geology and geomorphy, meteorology and hydrology,soil and vegetation, soil and water loss,soil and water conservation and project investigation ＆ survey. Integrated with practice of soil and water conservation scheme compilation for the 500 kV power transmission project of Jiangsu Huadian Ju- rong Power Plant,concrete methods and key contents during field investigation and survey before soil and water conservation scheme preparation is summarized and dissertated in detail. Field investigation and survey should be carried out by means of careful review of feasibility study report,web information collection ,survey plan prep- aration ,survey on the spot of projects and interview with stakeholders and document purchase. It gives refer- ence to field investigation and survey of soil and water conservation for power transmission projects.
