摘要
软组织损伤在人们日常工作、生活及体育锻炼中十分常见,也是临床的常见病症。本文介绍了软组织损伤的诊疗现状,分析了软组织损伤未受到医务人员及患者本身重视而造成误诊误治的原因。笔者在中医经络学说的指导下,通过长期医疗实践,将《黄帝内经》中古典针法组合、筋经疗法与现代解剖学结合,总结出一套以损伤肌肉松解刺法、起止点损伤刺法、经络松解法为核心的针法和相关理论,疗效显著。
Soft tissue injury, a common clinical disease, is very popular in people＇s daily life, work and physical exercise. According to the current clinical situation of soft tissue injury, this article aims to analyze the reason of the misdiagnosis and mistreatment caused by the less attention of medical staffs and patients. Under the guidance of the merdian-collateral theory, and going through a long-term clinical practice, the author has summarized a serious of releasable acupuncture and the related theory based on the combination of the classic acupuncture in Huangdi＇s Internal Classic, and that of sinew meridian therapy and the modem anatomy. By taking injuried muscle releasable acupuncture, starting and ending point injury acupuncture and meridian releasable acupuncture as the core, the serious of acupuncture has been achieved a significant efficacy.
