摘要
本实验采用抗生素相关性腹泻（AAD）模型，应用细菌学检测方法，研究了中药腹泻Ⅲ号（DiarrheaTansⅢ）对小鼠AAD模型肠道双歧杆菌和乳杆菌的影响，结果表明，腹泻Ⅲ号可有效地促进小鼠肠道双歧杆菌及乳杆菌的生长（P＜0．01）
In this experiment the bacterologist methods was used to make the model of antibioics associated diarrhea(AAD). The effect of the Chinese herb Diarrhea Tang Ⅲ(DT Ⅲ) on the Bifidobacterium (B.b) and Lactobacillum (L.b) of the intestinal was measured in the model mice. The results showed that the DT Ⅲ could promote the intestinal B.b and L.b'S growth in the AAD mice.
