摘要
共青团组织在组织青年和服务青年方面有着良好的自身优势,同时有着在不同历史时期服务和促进就业创业工作的经验。文章分析了就业创业工作的现状、问题,结合团组织的优势,针对就业创业工作的要求,探索了团组织开展促进大学生就业创业工作的体制。
The Communist Youth League organizations has a good advantage in the organization of youth and youth services as well as experience of the service and promotion of employment and entrepreneurship in different historical periods.This paper analyzes the current situation of employment and entrepreneurship,problems,combined with the advantages of the Communist Youth League,and aims at exploring the group organized to promote the employment of university students according to the requirements of employment and entrepreneurship.
