摘要
目的观察胃宝冲剂对乙醇和醋酸所致的大鼠胃粘膜急、慢性损伤的保护作用。方法 用乙醇和醋酸烧灼致大鼠急、慢性胃粘膜损伤方法，观察胃宝冲剂５ｇ／ｋｇ、２．５ｇ／ｋｇ、１．２５ｇ／ｋｇ灌胃给药后对胃粘膜损伤的保护作用，并与胃苏冲剂比较。结果胃宝冲剂可使胃粘膜损伤面积缩小，损伤的病理改变明显减轻。结论胃宝冲剂具有保护胃粘膜的作用。
Objective To study the protective effects of Wei-Bao granule on acute and chronic gastric mucosal injury induced by ethanol and acetic acid. Methods The models of the gastric mucosal injury induced by ethanol and acetic acid were used in rats. Results Wei-Bao granule significantly reduced the area of mucosal injury. The pathological changes of demaged mucosas were markedly reduced. Conclusion Wei-Bao granule possess the protective effect on gastric mucosal injury.
