摘要
血吸虫病危害极大,及时发现血吸虫尾蚴在血吸虫病防治工作中具有非常重要的意义。本文从边缘检测技术出发,在介绍三种经典边缘检测算子(Roberts算子、Sobel算子、Prewitt算子)和Canny算子的基本原理基础上,利用四种算子对血吸虫尾蚴视频监控图像进行边缘检测处理。实验结果表明,相比其他三种算子,Canny算子能够较好地获取尾蚴的轮廓和纹理特征,有利于人们简单、迅速地识别血吸虫尾蚴。
Schistosomiasis is greatly harmful, and the timely detection of schistosome cercariae has a very important significance for the prevention and control of schistosomiasis. This paper introduces the classical edge detection (Roberts operator, Sobel operator, Prewitt operator) and Canny operator for the edge detection of video surveillance images of schistosome cercariae based on the principle of these four kinds of operators. The results of the experiment show that, compared with the other three operators, Canny operator can obtain the contour and texture characteristics of cercariae, which is useful to identify schistosome cercariae quickly.
