摘要
社区文化作为新农村建设的内容之一,在转型期有建设的土壤与外部环境,同时也受到各方面的挑战。基层工作者作为组织者与协调者,在社区文化建设过程中发挥着不可替代的作用。然而,基层工作者对文化概念的难以把握、回应对象的两难选择及运作方式的传统单一,限制了社区文化建设。因此,应坚持多元化、系统性与村民需求原则,从外部性资源引入与内源性资源整合角度发展社区,繁荣社区文化。
Community culture, one of the aspects on the construction of new countryside, not only benefits from supporting soils and external conditions, but also faces challenges from various aspects. Works of grass-root units, as organizers and coordinators, bave irreplaceable roles during community cultural development. However, the grass-root units workers have difficulty in understanding cultural concepts and respon- ding to dilemma. Their traditional operation methods also restrict community cultural construction. They should insist on principles emphasizing diversification, systematicness, and villagers demand. By bringing in external resources, and incorporating internal resources, the community is developed, and the community culture is flourished.
