摘要 传统高职院校"双师型"教师内涵的观念,影响着高职院校"双师型"教师队伍建设的方向。借鉴国外职业院校对职业教育教师的要求,从"双师型"教师应具备的知识结构、能力结构和素质结构出发,深入研究"双师型"教师的内涵实质,才能寻找到高职"双师型"教师队伍建设的正确途径。 The traclitional concept of "dual qualified" teachers' connotation in higher vocational colleges affects the direction of the construction on "dual qualified" teachers' team in these colleges. With the reference of the requirement of foreign vocational colleges on vocational education teachers, this paper studies thoroughly the essence of "dual qualified" teachers' connotation fxom the knowledge structure, ability structure and quality structure that"dual qualified" teachers should possess so that we may find a correct way for the construction on "dual qualified" teachers' team in higher vocational colleges.
