摘要
为评价烤瓷冠的颜色效果 ,对烤瓷牙冠与自然牙颜色进行比较研究 .应用带光纤探头的人类牙齿颜色测量分光光度系统对 13例烤瓷牙冠和 13例上颌前牙进行活体颜色测量 ,采用CIELAB及CIEXYZ颜色系统对切、中、颈三个部位进行颜色测量比较 .结果 :烤瓷牙冠各色度值与自然牙相比有非常显著的差异 ;两者间色差平均值为 12 4 4 9.自然牙色度指标在切、中、颈部分有差异 ,而烤瓷牙无差异 ,呈现均一的颜色 ,结果表明 :烤瓷牙冠的颜色效果 。
In order to evaluate color effect of porcelain crown. The color of 13 porcelain crowns have been compared with that of natural teeth in vitro. The colorimetry of 13 porcelain crowns and 13 maxillary anterior incisor was measured in vitro with a kind of spectrophotomery system equipped with fiber-optic bead, which is used for color measurement of human teeth. By means of comparing the values of CIE LAB and CIE XYZ color system, color measurements were taken from different sections of teeth (incisal, middle, cervical) with their counterparts of porcelain crowns. Results: The difference in colorimetry between porcelain crowns and the natural teeth were statistically significant. In natural teeth, the difference in colorimetry of three sections of the teeth were statistically significant. There was no remarkable difference in colorimetry of theses portions while in their counterparts of the porcelain group, the total color difference on the average basis was 12 449. Conclusion: The color of porcelain crown could not fully match that of the natural teeth, neither in whole effects nor in different portions of the teeth, displaying the colors in same value.
