丰宫并殖吸虫后尾蚴、成虫及小睾并殖吸虫成虫的蛋白电泳分析 被引量:5

摘要 应用IEF技术对丰宫并殖吸虫后尾蚴的可溶性蛋白进行分析 ,并同丰宫并殖吸虫成虫、小睾并殖吸虫成虫电泳结果进行比较 .IEF结果显示 :丰宫并殖吸虫后尾蚴显带 11条 ,主带 6条 ( 3~ 4 ,6,8~ 10 ) ;成虫显带 17条 ,主带 7条 ( 4~ 7,12~ 14) ;小睾并殖吸虫成虫显带 13条 ,主带 5条 ( 6~ 7,10~ 12 ) .丰宫并殖吸虫后尾蚴和成虫。 The excysted metacercariae of Paragonimus proliferus (P.p) are separated from the isolapotamon mostly, the experiment firstly describe the study on the soluble proteins from the excysted metacercariae of P.p. with IEF technique and compare to the electrophoretic results of adult worms of P.p. and Paragonimus microrchis(P.m.). The results of IEF show 11 bands in excysted metacercariae, 6 major bands (band 3~4, 6 8~10). 17 bands in adult worms of P.p., 7 major bands (band4~7, 12~14). 13 bands in adult worms of P.m, 5 major bands(band6~7, 10~12). There are both dominant differences and some resemblances among excysted metacercariae and adult worms of P.p. and P.m. in the protein electrophoresis patterns and the distribution of major bands.
