摘要
对深圳市党外人士基本情况进行了深入的分析,介绍了深圳市党外人士教育培训体制发展现状及存在的问题,阐明了加强党外人士教育培训的必要性和重要性,探讨了培训体制建设的思路,提出了建设旨在提升党外人士参政议政能力培训体制的对策建议。
After a briefing on non-communist party members in Shenzhen, and problems in education and training of them, it is pointed out that it is of great necessity and importance of their education and training. Besides, the training system development is also discussed, and approaches are offered to improve their involvement and participation in state affairs.
