摘要
为了节约钢材,圆锥滚子轴承内滚道锻件留量有所减少,导致粗车滚道工序容易露氧化皮。针对以上情况,改进了粗车仿形板的形状,使得精车工序切削量和刀具所受抗力均匀,消除了氧化皮,提高了刀具的使用寿命和产品质量。
In order to save steel,the allowance of the tapered roller bearing raceway forgings was reduced,that the rough turning raceway process is easy to exposure oxide layer.For the above,the shape of the profile plate for rough turning was improved,the cutting amount of the precision machining process,and the resistance of the tool suffered were made uniform,the oxide layer was eliminated,and the tool life and product quality were improved.
