摘要
当代大学生是个多元化的特殊群体,他们要接受家庭、社会和未来等各方面的考验。针对如今大学生的现实状况,他们的生活、学习、思想文化交流和行为规范等方面的研究尤为重要。大学生宿舍是大学生完成学业的必备场所之一。本文就大学生宿舍行为规范表现,尤其从人性化管理模式下宿舍行为规范的影响因素,并且提出以人性化管模式来更好的服务于当下的大学生,并依据现实状况有针对性的对大学生宿舍行为规范管理提出了有创建性的具体措施。
Contemporary college students is a wide range of special groups,they have to accept the family,society and the future of each test.Realities College students,their living,learning,ideas and cultural and behavioral norms are particularly important.Students＇ Dormitory is one of the essential place of the students complete their education.Students ＇Dormitory behavior specification performance,especially from the humane management dormitory Code of Conduct influencing factors,and made this humane management targeted specific measures to regulate the management of the behavior of college students＇ dormitory.
