摘要
高校教师培训工作是师资建设的重要内容,新时期高校应重视教师培训模式的创新,将思想政治教育、业务岗位培训、综合素养培育有机结合起来,从而适应时代发展的需求,不断提升培训质量。
The teacher’s training work is the important content of faculty building in the university. The university should pay more attention to construct new training model, including ideological and political training, business training and comprehensive literacy development, in order to meet the development needs of times, and improve the training quality constantly.
