摘要
以人为本理念的提出为做好工会工作,维护职工合法权益提供了强大的理论依据,是高校工会在新时期工作中所要把握的方向和要完成的任务,同时也是工会组织履行职能所必需。那么如何把以人为本的理念、思想应用到实际工作之中,如何关心、理解、尊重教职工,促进学院发展,是新时期工会工作应该研究的问题。
People-orientated concept provides strong theoretical reference for labor union work, and it is the direction and task of college labor union work in the new period. How to apply people-oriented concept to practical work and promote college development is an issue to be researched in the new period.
