摘要
当前,国际航运市场重心持续东移,我国正由航运大国向航运强国迈进,这无疑为我国航运业全面、协调、可持续发展创造了百年一遇的机遇。航运业的发展,核心在于高素质的航海人才,人才培养关键又在于航海教育。因此,高等航海教育的竞争成为21世纪国际航海人才竞争的标准。随着航海人才市场的日益国际化以及经济全球化和知识经济时代的来临,对航海人才综合素质的要求也明显提高。本文主要深入思考和探讨航海文化建设中的大学生如何增强思想政治教育实效的重要性、内容、方式方法、载体创新和评价体系等多个方面的知识,以期能为增强航海类学生的思想政治教育实效尽一点微薄之力。
Currently,the emphasis of international shipping market is continuingly moving eastward,and China is stepping into strong shipping country,which undoubtedly provides a rare opportunity for the overall,harmonious and sustainable development of China＇s shipping industry.The development of shipping development lies in high-quality maritime talents,which is determined by maritime education.This paper discusses several aspects relating to the construction of maritime culture,aiming to be advantageous to ideological and political education of maritime students.
