摘要
在影响教学质量的多种因素中,教师素质是最基本的。对于会计这种实践性较强的专业而言,高校更应重视其师资队伍建设。本文结合广西外国语学院自身情况提出建议,为高校会计专业师资队伍建设提供参考。
This paper is to analyze the current situation of the organization of the faculty in Guangxi University of Foreign Languages,and from six aspects to give the suggestions on how to develop the organization of the faculty,in the hope that they would be of some help to other university in the construction of the organization of the faculty.
