摘要
提出兰家沱—大埠街河段智能航道示范工程建设总体框架,通过电子航道图生产应用、航道船舶感知和数据库集成等技术的研究应用,实现设计框架下智能航道五大服务功能,结合实施保障措施,完成智能航道实施方案的系统构建。
The general framework of the intelligent waterway demonstration project construction is developed.With the research and application of the electronic channel chart and ship perception database integration,we realize the five service functions of intelligent waterway under the design framework,and complete the system construction of intelligent waterway implementing scheme with the integration of guarantee measures.
