摘要
专业竞争力是构建高职院校核心竞争力的基础,建立专业竞争力评价体系对指导专业建设具有重要意义。专业竞争力评价可从外显特征指标与构成要素两种视角入手,两者关系紧密。专业竞争力构成要素包括硬件与软件两类,具有特定内涵。本文对各要素的深入分析有助于评价体系指标观察点的序化。
Professional competence is the basis of constructing core competitiveness of higher vocational colleges,and the establishment of professional competitiveness evaluation system has an important role in guiding the professional construction.Professional competence evaluation can proceed from the explicit characteristic index and the elements of two kinds of perspectives,which have close relationship with each other.Professional competence,consisting of two kinds of compositions,namely hardware and software,have specific connotation.The author′s in-depth analysis into various elements contributes to the sequence of observation point of evaluating the index system.
