摘要
目的 进一步研究缺氧时豚鼠听觉电生理的改变。 方法 观察了在不同程度的急性缺氧条件下,豚鼠听性脑干反应(ABR)的改变,结果 轻度缺氧时,ABR的阈值没有改变,但其Ⅰ波潜伏期及Ⅰ~Ⅳ间期均有延长;严重缺氧时,ABR阈值升高,Ⅰ波潜伏期进一步延长,但Ⅰ~Ⅳ间期却无进一步变化,结论 提示听觉传导通路的外周部分与中枢部分对血氧浓度变化的敏感程度存在差异,同时,ABR的阈值与潜伏期对缺氧的敏感程度也存在差异,
Objective In order to further investigate the electro-physiological changes in auditory system of guinea pigs under anoxia. Methods Different degrees of acute anoxia were imposed on guinea pigs and the changes of their auditory brainstem response (ABR) were observed. Results When suffered from mild anoxia, the thresholds of ABRs kept unchanged, but the latencies of wave I and I~IV inter-peak periods (IPP) were prolonged. If the anoxia was severe, the threshold was elevated, and the latency of wave I was further prolonged, but the I~IV inter-peak period, however, appeared no further changes. Conclusion The peripheral part of the auditory transmission system is more sensitive to the change of the blood oxygen level than the central part, and also the sensitivity to anoxia is different between the amplitude and the latency of ABR.
