摘要
类风湿性关节炎(RA)是一种临床常见的免疫性疾病,以下就近6年来有关针灸治疗RA的报道展开综述,主要从针灸取穴的角度分析、归纳和总结,初步探讨针灸治疗RA的取穴规律,发现主要有整体取穴和病变局部取穴之分,其中整体取穴包括取基本穴和辨证取穴,取基本穴又以循经取基本穴和分期取基本穴较特别,在所有取穴中又强调补虚与驱邪的重要性。
Rheumatoid arthritis is a common autoimmune disease.Here unfolded a review of reports in the recent six years about acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of RA,mainly to analyze,induce and summarize the acupoints used in the treatment of RA,preliminary discuss the methods of acupoints selection,found it includes overall and local acupoints on affected parts,and the overall acupoints mainly base on basic and differentiation of symptoms and signs,the basic ones involve in meridians and staging.It also emphasizes the importance of reinforcing deficiency and exorcism.
