摘要
文章根据淮河中游的水域特性,提出在淮干和支流、湖泊,修建鱼道;以发展渔业生产。
This text, according to the secfic property of the middle reaches of the Hui River. Put for- ward at the heavely stem and tributary, lake to construct fishway for develop the fishery.
