摘要
适应社会的发展,公共管理类专业基础课《管理学》课堂教学需要加以改革。要更新教学理念,创新教学方法和教学手段;要加强教材建设,突出公共管理学科特色;要以培养实践能力为导向,完善考核评价机制。这样,才能提升教学效果,实现专业培养目标。
Management is the basis of professional coursesof public management specialty. By using the questionnaire and inter view survey method, this paper investigates teaching demand on ＂management＂ of the public management specialty basic course. This paper puts forward some teaching reforming measures . We can renew the teaching idea, innovate the teaching methods and teaching means ; strengthen the construction of teaching material, prominent public management discipline characteristics; and train practical a bility as the guide, perfect the evaluation mechanism.
